Rental Policies
  • No Smoking allowed inside any of our properties.
  • Renting party must be 23 or older.
  • Maximum one guest per bedroom for long-term stays (28+ days).
  • $25% of the total is required to reserve a property. The remaining balance will automatically process 15 days prior to your arrival..
  • Check-in at 4pm or later. Check out by 11am. You may call ahead to see if early check-in is available at an additional rate.
  • Cancellation refunds (less 15% service fee) will only be provided if property is able to be re-rented for the term you had reserved.
  • Refunds are not provided for early departures or due to inclement weather that results in recreational facilities (Comal River, Guadalupe River, Schlitterbahn, etc.) being unavailable for use.
  • Please review Property Policies regarding safety, parking, guest tags, wristbands, etc.
