Historic Gruene is 4 miles away with its unique shops, restaurants, and the famous Gruene Hall – the oldest dancehall in Texas. Canyon Lake, Natural Bridge Caverns, Snake Farm, San Marcos, and San Antonio are just a short drive away as well!

- Renting party must be 23 or older.
- Maximum one guest per bedroom for long-term stays (28+ days).
- $500 security deposit is required to reserve a property and can be used to cover any damages.
- Security deposit will be refunded within 5 business days after departure.
- Full rental payment is due at least 15 days prior to arrival.
- Check-in at 4pm or later. Check out by 11am. You may call ahead to see if early check-in is available at an additional rate.
- Cancellation refunds (less 15% service fee) will only be provided if property is able to be re-rented for the term you had reserved.
- Refunds are not provided for early departures or due to inclement weather that results in recreational facilities (Comal River, Guadalupe River, Schlitterbahn, etc.) being unavailable for use.
- Please review additional policies regarding safety, parking, guest tags, wristbands, etc., upon check-in (will send separate property policy email via DocuSign as we get closer to your dates).
