The Riverfront Haven is the perfect vacation spot for tons of family fun! With direct river access it is a great place to chill in the water and watch the tubers go by. You can enter the river here and exit at a variety of places down river.

The closest tubing outfitter is Little Ponderosa Outfitters which is less than a mile from the home. There is a fire pit (fire wood not provided). Interested in fishing? This is the perfect place for you! The Guadalupe River is stocked with trout starting December 1st!

Renting party must be 23 or older.
Maximum one guest per bedroom for long-term stays (28+ days).
$500 security deposit is required to reserve a property and can be used to cover any damages.
Security deposit will be refunded within 5 business days after departure.
Full rental payment is due at least 15 days prior to arrival.
Check-in at 4pm or later. Check out by 11am. You may call ahead to see if early check-in is available at an additional rate.
Cancellation refunds (less 15% service fee) will only be provided if property is able to be re-rented for the term you had reserved.
Refunds are not provided for early departures or due to inclement weather that results in recreational facilities (Comal River, Guadalupe River, Schlitterbahn, etc.) being unavailable for use.
