This historic home has kept its charm and now has modern conveniences!
The front of the house has 1 bedroom with a queen bed. A full bathroom with a tub and shower, living room, and full kitchen. There is a queen hide-a-bed available as well! A door with deadbolt locks on each side divides the Gerlich Haus from the Wagenfuehr Haus.

- Maximum one guest per bedroom for long-term stays (28+ days).
- Full rental payment is due at least 15 days prior to arrival.
- Check-in at 4pm or later. Check out by 11am. You may call ahead to see if early check-in is available at an additional rate.
- Cancellation refunds (less 15% service fee) will only be provided if property is able to be re-rented for the term you had reserved.
- Refunds are not provided for early departures or due to inclement weather that results in recreational facilities (Comal River, Guadalupe River, Schlitterbahn, etc.) being unavailable for use.
